A lot like my brother. He could do anything , mechanic, carpentry, masonry, plumbing and electrical. Worked to retirement on an off shore rig in the Gulf of America. When he got a chance to retire, he quickly got prostate cancer, then esophageal cancer which killed him.
Great tribute Michael. He obviously was a great guy. My wife many years ago worked in a hospital and was told back then by an Oncologist, who said he would swear he never said it, that they had a cure for cancer. All these years, all the pain and suffering so the greedy MFers, have to say that, could make a fortune!

I miss him. He’s been gone now almost 20 years.
Thanks for the memories!
A wonderful tribute, Michael - thank you for sharing it.
Sounds like a life well-led. Rest in Peace LJ.
