One of her big things is helping with a federal agency. In the picture, "shockingly" are pictures of a Visa, a Social Security card, and a Permanent Resident card.
One thing about Delaware is that the House district is the same as a Senate seat, only for a two year term (in other words, all federal elections are statewide.) So she's run several statewide races already. Plus getting from one end to the other is an easy 2-hour trip if traffic is in your favor.
One disadvantage: there is only one network TV station that serves Delaware exclusively, the NBC station in Rehoboth Beach. The rest are either in Salisbury, Maryland or Philly, so airtime is hard to come by for November. We had a lot of political commercials in August and early September because of the primary being in early September but now they will have to share with the Larry Hogan race in Maryland and the battleground state of PA.
I looked at LBR's page. It reminded me of the lifer Senator in my state, Patty Murray, https://www.murray.senate.gov/

Can I help dismantle a federal agency?

That stinks.
